Giving up smoking was a big one for me, and being debt free. It took a while and lucky for me noone would lend me money other than my mum and dad so paying them back was good.
We are having a bbq the end of june for Reuben’s first so please don’t go on holiday the end of June. More details to follow.

Well getting debt-free was really an unlucky thing, in the sense that it took Mum dying to pay off everything (like the mortgage). 😦

I thought that might be the case, big changes often go that way. You still chose what to do with what you got. That you can take credit for.

That’s true. Several people said “treat yourself with the money” – which I’ve yet to do. The new house will be the treat, perhaps.
