Photoshop 5’s magical fill tool

This looks insanely awesome. I have a whole bunch of scanning and cleaning up of old family photos to do – some going back to my great-grandparents' era. The time savings from these tools would be huge.

    It looks brilliant, somehow a little too brilliant. (tinfoil hat on). In the last image, with the panorama of the mountains, did the magic photoshop filter just insert a bird into the sky in the top left?
